A Journey through Romans - Chapter 8

This is a special chapter chapter to me. Paul goes further ftom chapter 7 to discus how we are saved from sin

Rom 8:1  There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

Yes that may mean like a said if we screw up, God wont judge us or depart from us but holds onto us with all his might.

Rom 8:28  And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.
Rom 8:29  For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.
Rom 8:31  What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

This is what happens instead is God is more then pleased to fill show his desire by blessing us even though we dont deserve it, even though because of our past we should long ago already been cast into the flames, God rescued us and wants more then anything to see his purpose lived through us.

Rom 8:38  For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers,
Rom 8:39  nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

This is an encouraging end. Nothing we could ever do will ever seperate us from Gods presence and thats mindblowing.
